DIET VS LIFESTYLE – So let’s talk about a “diet vs a lifestyle”. I get so many messages asking how can I travel and still be fit. – – Sticking to a diet can be hard AF especially when you’re away from home and your normal routine (gym, kitchen, etc). But when eating healthy and training are part of your life it’s not a big deal to workout while traveling and to eat intuitively and in moderation and still maintain a fit and healthy physique. It didn’t happen overnight though. It took me years and years to find balance and I’m still working on it. For a long time I had an ALL OR NOTHING mindset. – – Everyone is always looking for the FASTEST DIET and the NEWEST FADS but they never work long term because it’s not SUSTAINABLE. This is why I teach all of my clients to track macros and use flexible dieting. They will have the knowledge of how to eat to lose fat for the rest of their life. It’s not about trying to lose ten pounds in ten days or a quick fix. It’s about long term consistency! – – This is why I’ve been able to stay fit and on track even while traveling.
